Refund Policy

Forged Fitness offers a 30-day refund window from the date of your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original transaction date.

To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted within this 30-day period. Refund requests made after 30 days from the original purchase date will not be honored.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Promotional Pricing: Any discounted rates or special pricing you received at signup.
• Bonus Periods: Any free trial extensions, bonus months, or additional time granted as part of a promotion.
• Price Lock-Ins: Any guaranteed pricing or rate locks offered during promotional periods.
• Bundle Bonuses: Any additional content, credits, or features included as part of a promotional package.
• Referral Rewards: Any benefits received through referral or affiliate programs.
• Early Bird Offers: Any special terms granted for early adoption or signup incentives.

Upon refund approval, your account will revert to a standard, non-promotional status. You will not be eligible to reclaim these promotional benefits, even if you choose to repurchase in the future.

The 30-day refund policy applies to the following purchases made directly through Forged Fitness:

• Subscription Fees: Monthly or annual subscription fees for Trainer accounts.
• Video Call Credits: Credits purchased for video calling sessions.
• Bonus Packages: Custom content bundles including programs, meal plans, workouts, recipes, and videos.
• One-Time Purchases: Any other one-time purchases made on the platform.

Forged Fitness facilitates connections between Trainers and Clients but does not process payments for coaching services. All financial transactions for coaching, including personal training, meal planning, and consultation, are handled directly between the Trainer and the Client.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Email support@forgedfitness.co with the subject line "Refund Request".
2. Include your account email address and the date of purchase.
3. Provide a brief reason for your refund request (optional but helpful).

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

• Requests After 30 Days: Any refund request submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase.
• Partial Refunds: We do not provide partial refunds or pro-rated credits for unused portions of a subscription period.
• Subscription Renewals: Automatic renewal charges beyond the initial 30-day window are non-refundable. You may cancel future renewals at any time through your account settings.
• Abuse of Policy: Repeated refund requests or patterns of abuse may result in denial of future refund requests and/or account suspension.

Forged Fitness reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy or that appear to be made in bad faith.
